MaxUSA Terms & Conditions

2.1. Absolute Obligation to DYOR: All users of MaxUSA are unconditionally required to conduct thorough independent research (Do Your Own Research / DYOR) prior to depositing funds, purchasing MXP tokens, activating AI Trade algorithms, locking assets in Staking, or executing Crypto and Forex transactions. You must independently evaluate tokenomics, liquidity, volatility, leverage risks, and smart contract mechanics.

2.2. No Financial, Investment, or Legal Advice: MaxUSA, its developers, administrators, regional leaders, and affiliates do not act as your financial advisor, broker, or tax consultant. Any market previews, bonding curve projections, APY percentages, ROI calculators, or educational news items displayed on the platform are provided solely for informational and simulation purposes.

2.3. Non-Reliance on Third-Party Statements: You agree not to rely on any oral or written promises regarding guaranteed returns or zero-risk investments made by upline sponsors, community members, or social media promoters. The cryptocurrency and foreign exchange markets are inherently volatile, and past performance does not guarantee future results.

2.4. Risk Capital Tolerance: You are strictly advised to allocate only risk capital—funds that you can afford to lose without impacting your daily livelihood or financial obligations.

3.1. Utility Nature of MaxPro (MXP): MaxPro (MXP) and its mined yield representation (tMXP) are native utility tokens designed to facilitate ecosystem transactions, staking, launchpool participation, and rewards within MaxUSA. MXP tokens do not represent stock, securities, or equity ownership in any legal entity, nor do they grant corporate voting or dividend rights.

3.2. Pre-Launch Bonding Curve Mechanism: During the Pre-Launch / ICO stages (Stage 1 through Stage 4), MXP price movement adheres to a progressive mathematical bonding curve algorithm based on token supply sold. While simulations present target listing prices, public market prices post-launch will be governed by open market supply and demand.

3.3. Sell & Swap Controls: During Pre-Launch phases, ICO stages, or system updates, Administrators reserve the right to temporarily activate or disable Sell or Swap functionality (`mxp_sell_active` / `mxp_swap_active`) to maintain liquidity stability and protect against market manipulation.

3.4. MAXPRO Web3 Wallet Security: When creating or connecting a Web3 wallet, you assume sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords, PINs, seed phrases, and private keys. MaxUSA does not store private keys and cannot recover lost funds caused by user neglect.

4.1. Extreme Crypto Volatility: Digital assets (including BTC, ETH, BNB, SOL, USDT, USDC, and MXP) exhibit high price volatility driven by market sentiment, regulatory shifts, and macroeconomic trends. Crypto markets operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without circuit breakers.

4.2. Decentralized Exchange (DEX) & Liquidity Risks: When interacting with DEX, Swap, or external exchange links, you acknowledge risks regarding Automated Market Maker (AMM) slippage, impermanent loss, smart contract vulnerabilities, and liquidity pool depth.

4.3. Price Quotations & Execution: Market prices displayed on MaxUSA are sourced from public API aggregators (e.g., CoinGecko) and internal price engines. In the event of network latency or rapid volatility, actual execution prices may differ from preview quotes.

4.4. Irreversible Blockchain Transactions: All asset transfers on public blockchains (BEP20, TRC20, ERC20) are final and irreversible. Incorrect recipient addresses or incompatible networks are solely at the user's risk.

5.1. High-Risk Foreign Exchange Trading: Foreign Exchange (Forex), commodities, indices, and derivative trading on margin involve a substantial risk of loss. High leverage can work against you as well as for you, and minor adverse market movements can lead to a 100% loss of your trading balance.

5.2. Automated Trading Rules & Margin Limits: By executing positions within MaxUSA Trading, you agree to system risk parameters (`admin_trading_rules` / `pengaturan_trading`), including initial spread deductions (`minus_poin_percent`), maximum profit caps (`max_profit_percent`), maximum loss caps (`max_loss_percent`), and margin thresholds (`margin_limit_percent`).

5.3. Automated Liquidation (Stop-Out): If floating losses on open trades reach specified margin thresholds or maximum loss limits, positions will be automatically closed or liquidated by the risk engine without prior notice.

5.4. Market Gaps & Slippage: Major economic news releases or market opens may cause sudden price gaps and slippage. You remain fully responsible for managing active positions.

6.1. Algorithmic Execution Mechanics: The AI Trade engine employs quantitative algorithms to execute automated trading strategies using funds allocated in your AI Trade Balance (`balance_ai_trade`). While designed to optimize market opportunities, algorithmic trading is not immune to flash crashes or systemic liquidity disruptions.

6.2. Variable Return Ranges: Daily profit targets (`ai_profit_min` to `ai_profit_max`) and monthly caps (`ai_profit_max_month`) represent variable algorithmic targets and not guaranteed fixed interest. Actual yields depend on prevailing market conditions.

6.3. Equity Balance & Dynamic Withdrawal Fees: Users acknowledge that withdrawals from AI Trade incur dynamic administrative fees based on active Equity status (`fee_wd_equity_active` when Equity > $0 and `fee_wd_equity_inactive` when Equity ≤ $0).

6.4. Pure Balance Eligibility for AI Swap: Swapping funds from Main Balance to AI Trade (`main_to_ai`) requires Pure Eligible Deposit Balance. Internal P2P transferred funds, promotional bonuses, or referral commissions cannot be swapped into AI Trade unless explicitly authorized by system rules.

7.1. Staking & MXP Progressive Staking: Participating in Public Staking or MXP Progressive Staking (which calculates rewards every 6-hour cycle based on `mxp_stake_profit_min` and `mxp_stake_profit_max`) locks your tokens for the designated contract duration. Early unstaking may be restricted or subject to fee penalties.

7.2. Fixed & Flexible Earning Packages: Earning plans compute yield using configured APY rates and lock periods (`duration_days`). Principal and yields unlock according to scheduled maturity dates.

7.3. Cloud Mining (Free & SHA-256 Mining): Free MXP Mining sessions require manual 24-hour user activation. Paid mining power packages run until contract expiration or reaching maximum yield caps (`mining_max_sha256`, `sha512`, `sha1024`). Mined rewards (`tMXP`) convert to MXP according to the active `tokenmaxusa_to_coin_ratio`.

7.4. Launchpool & NFT Collection: Launchpool allocations are subject to lock periods (`lock_period` 90 to 720 days) and network gas fees (`fee_gas_buy_lp`). NFT collections carry subjective valuation and secondary market liquidity risks.

8.1. Deposit Methods & Payment Proof: MaxUSA supports three deposit channels: (a) Crypto Transfer (USDT/USDC via BEP20, TRC20, ERC20), (b) Crypto Vouchers (12-Digit Physical & Digital), and (c) QRIS Instant Payment. Users must provide valid Transaction Hashes (TxID) or payment proofs (`payment_proof`). Proof falsification results in immediate account termination.

8.2. Crypto Voucher Terms: Voucher denominations (Rp 50,000 to Rp 500,000,000) automatically convert to USD Main Balance (`balance_usd`) using real-time API exchange rates upon redemption. Redeemed vouchers are single-use, non-refundable, count as 100% Pure Eligible Deposit Balance, and automatically upgrade `Free` status to `Active VIP`.

8.3. Withdrawal Rules & Admin Fees:
• Withdraw Balance: Requires `Active VIP` status, minimum $10 Pure Deposit history, and `Approved` KYC verification.
• Withdraw Bonus: Requires `Active VIP` status and basic contact KYC verification (unique email and phone number).
• All withdrawals and internal transfers incur administrative/network fees (`fee_wd_*`, `fee_tf_*`) with a minimum withdrawal threshold of $10.

9.1. Identity Verification (KYC) & Anti-Money Laundering (AML): To protect ecosystem integrity, MaxUSA enforces strict KYC protocols. Users must submit valid government-issued identity documents and selfie verification. MaxUSA reserves the right to reject submissions or freeze accounts suspected of fraudulent identity use or money laundering.

9.2. Strict One Person One Identity Rule (Anti-Sybil): To ensure fair reward distribution, MaxUSA enforces 1 Phone Number & 1 Email = 1 Account. Creating duplicate or fake accounts (Sybil attacks) to farm referral bonuses, royalty commissions, or free mining rewards is strictly prohibited.

9.3. Referral Integrity & Royalty System: Referral commissions and 10-Level Royalty distributions are earned rewards for genuine network growth. Any network manipulation or P2P transfer abuse will result in commission forfeiture and account blacklisting (`role_status = 'Blocked'`).

9.4. Anti-Exploitation Prohibitions: Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing automated bots, scripts, database injection attacks, or attempting to compromise server infrastructure and smart contracts.

10.1. "AS IS" Service & System Maintenance: The MaxUSA platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. MaxUSA may perform scheduled or emergency system maintenance during which specific features (such as Trading, Launchpad, or Withdrawals) may be temporarily offline.

10.2. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure: To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaxUSA and its development team shall not be held liable for direct or indirect losses, trading losses, asset price devaluation, blockchain network congestion, third-party API outages, or force majeure events beyond reasonable control.

10.3. Modifications to Terms: MaxUSA reserves the right to modify these 10-Page Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect platform upgrades or regulatory changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
